The Treetop Cabin sits a hundred feet away from any other structure and has a patio overlooking the Texas Hill Country. The land provides an opportunity to connect with Nature. Recently updated and located within walking distance of the Blanco River, you can walk to the park, river or the Blanco town square within minutes. This adorable 4 bedroom 2 bathroom bungalow has t.v.'s in every bedroom and a large 70" t.v. in the living room. There is also a carport. The best part of this bungalow is the extensive covered patio. The house is best suited for 6 adults and 2 kids.

There are 3 AC window units in the Cottage, the Living room, the Master and the Kitchen, the house easily cools to 70 degrees on a hot day.
