The Retreat offers stylish, peaceful and relaxing accommodation for two adults, open plan living/sleeping, a private raised patio with fire pit and gas BBQ, a separate kitchen with electric oven, hob, fridge, and dishwasher, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and sauna, all WiFi and audio connected. The annexe provides light, spacious and comfortable self-contained accommodation close to the centre of the historic market town of Aylsham, midway between Norwich & Cromer. There are pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Walkers & cyclists have easy access to the Weavers' Way, Rebellion Way and Marriott Way, while the beautiful Norfolk coast and Broads are within 30 minutes' drive and the National Trust properties of Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall are very close by.

The Annexe at Ringsfield

We would love to welcome you to come and rest in this calm, clean and well-presented home. The Annexe at Ringsfield is a detached single storey dwelling set in the one-acre grounds of our home in the popular market town of Aylsham. We are ideally located for trips to the North Norfolk Coast, the Broads or the medieval city of Norwich. Closer to home is the National Trust property Blickling Hall, the Bure Valley steam Railway and miles of footpaths through the beautiful Norfolk countryside.

Valentine Cottage, Aylsham

Valentine cottage is a delightful grade II property that sleeps 4 (2 doubles), located in the historic market town of Aylsham in a quiet conservation area. The property is dog safe with a large enclosed garden, has secure storage for bikes and has a washing machine and tumble dryer for after those muddy adventures as well as being beautifully warm and cosy to come back to after a days exploring. 3 minutes walk into the popular market town centre which boasts many good eateries and bars.

The Cosy Cart Shed

The Cosy Cart Shed is a perfect retreat for couples or friends looking for relaxation in the Norfolk countryside. Located in the village of Buxton, in an off-road setting on a picturesque working farm. The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse). Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.

One bed cottage in Aylsham, Norfolk

A perfect setting for couples in the heart of the Norfolk countryside on the outskirts of the historic Aylsham market town. 1 dog welcome, but not to be left alone in the property The Dairy forms part of Spratt's Green Farm and was completely renovated over 1.5 years, finished in July 2022. The property dates from the 1800s and whilst it now has all the nice bits you would expect, we have retained original features like exposed beams, old bread maker and copper boiler.

The Annexe at Diggens Farmhouse is a newly renovated space with fully fitted kitchen, modern bathroom and comfortable double bedroom. There is private parking and we offer a welcome pack of bread, butter and milk plus tea and coffee making facilities and WIFI. Aylsham is midway between Norwich and Cromer and 10 miles from the Broads and close to Blickling Hall. We are 10 minutes walk from Aylsham Town Centre and 5 minutes from M&S Simply Food. 2 night minimum stay.

Cottage situated on a quiet back lane within walking distance of pub and National Trust Blickling Hall you can abandon the car and enjoy walks and cycling routes from the door, and close to the market towns of Aylsham and Holt. Entering through a utility/boot room into the kitchen/diner, a glazed door and step leads into the sitting room with a large feature fireplace, wood burner and a further glazed door on to a paved terrace, overlooking your secluded lawned garden.

Designed by renowned Norfolk architect George Skipper The Boathouse sits in a totally unrivalled position looking over the beautiful lake and grounds at Sennowe Park, next to Pensthorpe Nature reserve (recent home of BBC’s ‘Springwatch’) and just a 20-minute drive from the North Norfolk coast at Wells-next-the-Sea.
