Great stay overall! We had 16-18 people and the property slept us all comfortably with plenty of space to eat and relax. Much cleaner than other places we have stayed as a group. Quiet neighborhood and great hot tub! We would love to come back.

This was my second time staying here, and it was another terrific experience. Kelly is a great host. The house is exactly as described and shown. The location is perfect; close to the IU campus, restaurants, and various activities within the area.

Our group loved our stay and the pool! Plenty of room for all of us- lots of beds/sleeping space, plenty of seating options in the living areas, enough room for us to all eat together. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

This is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in! April asked if my family had any favorite snacks or allergies before our arrival, and we arrived to find a selection of snacks, beverages, breakfast items, and even graduation cupcakes and gifts for my son, the graduate. The kitchen is well equipped; we had everything we needed to prepare a Mother’s Day brunch. The home is immaculate and very comfortable. April and Richard responded to our communication very quickly.

Colleen's place is clean and spacious, and Colleen is very attentive. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place for families to stay. Next to a park with a creek that my kids loved exploring. Near IU’s campus. Lots to do in the area.

Our last minute stay to celebrate our college friend’s engagement was nothing short of perfect! It was so close to downtown, had snacks, was very clean, and just the right size for all of us. I would without a doubt stay again! It was so unique and had great decor. We were so happy with our stay!

Celebrated our daughter’s graduation and the hosts were very gracious and accommodating with our request to use the backyard for the celebration. The house was very comfortable for our family and location worked out well.

Austin was a great host and super accommodating. This was our second stay at the house and it has worked out perfectly for us. We would absolutely stay there again.

Very comfortable, clean, cute home. The decor was very pretty. The linens and towels were crisp and clean. The house had clean air and very attractive furnishings and kitchen appliances. Cozy beds. Very short drive to campus and shops. Neighborhood is quiet.

We were in town for IU graduation weekend. Great value for the size and location. Very well maintained and felt like home. From the start Andrea was very responsive and answered all questions. Very quiet neighborhood. Just far enough outside of the busy downtown area but close enough to be no more than 10 minutes to all of the graduation activities. Highly recommended for any weekend in Bloomington!!

Corinne’s place was exactly what we needed. Last minute booking was flawless. House very clean and plenty of towels. Beds very comfortable. Lots of closet space. Large living area and perfect kitchen and dining. With new grandchild in area we will be back. Thank You!!!

The whole house is amazing and Aaron and Karin added extra touches which I really appreciate! But the beds! They are THE BEST!!! Y’all! I’m staying here every single time I come to B-Town from now on!!!!

Mary Lee and Tim made us feel right at home. Their hospitality was second to none. We left feeling that their message to us was “our home is your home!” They immediately responded to our questions and comments with very helpful information, including dining suggestions. They quickly accommodated a personal request that we were so grateful for! The home and yard were nothing short of spectacular, perfect for a large group. We would like to thank them for contributing greatly to a very special celebratory weekend!

House was awesome, very clean, great covered porch and fire pit! Extremely private and peaceful! Plenty of parking for three trucks and boats…

We came in for a concert and Matthew provided themed water bottles for our stay. It was a beautiful home, super clean, and he was extremely helpful and responsive. Would stay here again!

We had a great time staying at Max’s Oasis. The property was beautiful and welcoming. Max was a great host, friendly and communicative. We won’t hesitate to stay again the next time we are in town.
