We are conveniently located within walking distance of Downtown, Bryan Park, and The B-Line Trail, 1 mile to IU Campus, 1.8 miles to Assembly Hall, and 3.5 miles to IU Hospital. Our beloved luxury apartment is one of the nicest places to stay in town. It underwent a ground-up bespoke renovation with white oak hardwood floors, quartz countertops and premium appliances, rivaling a premium suite at a boutique hotel with the added privacy, charm, and amenities of a home for a great price.

Nice downtown condo. It is right on the B-Line trail and is walking distance to downtown and campus. The unit is an upstairs corner condo. For longer stays, there is an occupancy limit of only two unrelated adults allowed by our HOA. NO PARTIES OR PETS. Netflix, Prime Video, Disney Plus, and Vizio free channels, you can access them from the Home Screen. There is street parking between 2nd and 3rd street, in addition to the dedicated space and marked guest parking on Madison street.

Campus Artist's Cottage - 1 Block to IU Campus

Bright, updated, and well equipped house with lots of local art displayed.You're 1 block from IU campus on the east side. Offering 2 bedrooms, one bath, an open kitchen/living room, 3 off street parking spots, and a large private fenced yard with a fire ring and hammock hooks. Close to shopping, restaurants, and recreation! This is an ideal spot for all things Bloomington. A record player and games, for your enjoyment.

This guest suite with private entrance is in a quiet, older neighborhood near the IU campus. The booking includes a recently remodeled basement bedroom with en suite bathroom. It's locked off from the rest of the home in which the host family lives. The bedroom includes a queen bed, mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig. The bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower.
