Outside is a covered patio with table and chairs. There is parking located on the side of each unit with private entrance.

While it may be small on the inside, the outside offers a large deck with some of the best views of the ranch where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while the sun peeks into the canyon. The Arbor house is a 400 sq ft, 1 bedroom separate guest house with a large deck, sunny front room and full kitchen. Parking is right next to it. The dedicated wifi is fast, and the A/C, hot water and heating are all electric. Our property is just outside the city limits (by 100 ft) in a 2.5 acre oasis of shade trees and shrubs. Nothing is far away in this tiny, remote town in the high desert of S.E. Utah, including groceries, gas and movie theater. Private, quiet and restful!

The home was originally located on the South Rim of the Grand Canyon where it served as housing for park employees. It's extremely cozy with great lighting...sleeps three people comfortably with one queen bed and one twin sized rollaway bed.
