The Wilma: 7 blocks, Missoula Art Museum 3 blocks, Grizzly Stadium and University of Montana: 8 blocks. This cozy cottage is located on a quiet street in the Target Range neighborhood of Missoula. It is adjacent to a main house, but it is completely private and self-sufficient. The cottage can be accessed by a lockbox, allowing guests to check-in as they please. This is tiny home living. Additional guests are not recommended. Two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room, and full custom walnut kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a laundry room. Very peaceful, secure and quiet. The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. We are Pet friendly.
