This private guest suite in Boulder is a welcoming space located on the main floor of our home (not in a basement). It is a sunny, clean and comfortable space. It has a separate entrance and easy parking and a kitchen. There are no shared spaces! We are a quick bike ride or Uber to downtown, Pearl St., and CU Boulder!
