The garage can be used to store your bikes or ski's and parking available in front of house for vehicles. Walking out the front door is a beautiful view of Longs Peak and the Rocky Mountains. I have two "Scottish Fold" cats who live in my space so, if you have cat allergies this may not be the place for you.

Enjoy a private getaway for 2 with wood-burning stove (MUST bring firewood), indoor dining/cooking area with 2-burner propane stove (propane provided), sleeping loft, outdoor sitting area with propane gas grill. NO electricity or running water. Outdoor shower stall with two 5-gallon solar heated shower bags. Bring towels. Outhouse nearby. Bring food & ice. Well water provided from spigot at main cabin. Cot available UPON REQUEST in advance - prior arrival. NO CAMPFIRES OR USE OF ANY FIREPITS.

This guest suite in North Boulder is a private, sunny and welcoming space located on the main floor of our home (not a basement). It has a separate entrance, easy parking, a kitchen and grocery nearby. There are no shared spaces! We are a quick bike ride or Uber to downtown, Pearl St., and CU Boulder! You are close to the action but far enough away to have a peaceful nights sleep. We love having new guests and hope to make your stay in Boulder comfortable.

Located in Boulder our Airbnb offers views of the Flatirons and Bear Peak along with a quiet location and spacious back yard. The space has a private entrance, two bedrooms with one with a queen-size bed, and one full sized bed. Enjoy, coffee, and tea in your suite. My suite can sleep 2 easily, 3 if okay with compact space. This is an older house with some amenities for your comfort, but not a modern Townhouse.
