We are on 6 acres in a 250 acre private compound with lots of hiking trails. I live upstairs with my very friendly dog.

It has a separate entrance, easy parking, a kitchen and grocery nearby. There are no shared spaces! We are a quick bike ride or Uber to downtown, Pearl St., and CU Boulder! You are able to walk to a coffee shop, grocery store and gorgeous Wonderland lake. We love having new guests and hope to make your stay in Boulder comfortable.

While this studio is priced a bit higher than some, there is a reason. It's an absolutely amazing space in an incredible Boulder neighborhood. Every amenity you can imagine, incredibly tastefully decorated with original art, newly remodeled custom tile bathroom with walk in shower. This entire space was just redone in an upscale style. Please note: as the apartment is connected to main living area, muffled sound travels between the spaces. We honor quiet hours between 10-7. Most guests don’t find this to be an issue. As you’ll see in the photos, the Murphy bed can be folded up during the day for more space.
