It's safe, peaceful, and close to the beach. Either hire a car, or Uber, or jump on the Metrorail. Train station 5 minutes away... Will whisk you to all the trendy spots in Kalk Bay and Muizenberg. The accommodation is self-contained and has a stunning sea-view. The main bedroom leads to a patio with full table and chairs. Two single beds in the second bedroom. The lounge has a flat screen TV with Netflix and You Tube. Fully fitted self catering kitchen, with eye-level oven and microwave. Separate private entrance, only 5/10 minutes walk from the beach and close to the penguin sanctuary. Our nearest shops and restuarants are in Simons Town about 4 klm away. Own transport is reccommended.

Every room has access to a balconies with wonderful views. 2 new bathrooms, renovated kitchen, is fully furnished: high standard with all mod cons. Not ideal for loud people. Be warned. The neighbour is sensitive to noise.
