In-floor heating and geothermal heat/cooling in the entire building. This is a 2.5 year old condo. There is a patio door that slides open as a window to look outside but no Deck.

In addition, it only takes a couple minutes to walk to the ridge that oversees the entire Bow River and Fish Creek area.
