The house is perfectly located for a short break from London (15-minute taxi from Ashford International) or a stopover when travelling to or from the Continent with the Eurotunnel and Dover Port within 30 minutes drive.

Although the honey barn is set in the countryside, you are never far away from local stores and the local pub is a 10-15 minute walk.

We have a standalone studio benefitting from its own kitchenette and bathroom, tucked away in the village of Brabourne Lees, Kent. The accommodation is within the main house, but with its own front door and privacy. The location is ideal for hiking or cycling in the nearby countryside, enjoying country pubs and visiting the coast. We are also 15-min drive from the Shuttle and 30-min from Dover. You can enjoy a day trip to the historic centre of Canterbury, Port Lympne Reserve and lots more.

Further evening entertainment in nearby Canterbury (15 minutes by car or train) and wonderful beaches within easy reach.

The Cowshed Port Lympne benefits from a spacious garden to the rear and amazing views across the fields towards the North Downs area of outstanding natural beauty to the front. A short drive to many beaches, the coastal towns of Hythe and Folkestone (with its Harbour and Pier) and under a mile from Port Lympne Animal Reserve. It is also near many vineyards incl Gusborne and Chapel Down.

Our Idyllic cottage which is set in the country side overlooking the north downs, which offers two guest accommodation. It is separate from the main family home which offers a cosy/secluded space with an open-plan kitchen and living area. It is a relaxing place to spend many an hour watching the wildlife and enjoying the sights and sounds of Kent We have installed for your enjoyment day & night vision cameras so you can watch the birds and ducks by day and badgers and foxes at night.

Eastbrook Studio

1 Bedroom self contained studio, with private entrance(and includes self check in) , which is situated along a beautiful quiet lane, it also has it's own private parking on driveway. The studio comprises of a bedroom, bathroom (wet room)and kitchenette area, which is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge and kettle, there is also a washing machine if guests wish to use. There is an outdoor seating area, where you can enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening.

This cottage sits in the Kent Downs amongst many idyllic walks and cycle routes. It is family friendly, clean and has fast fibre broadband. Surrounded by beautiful views, this is a perfect peaceful getaway. The cottage is thoughtfully designed to allow for a comfortable stay and there is a huge garden to let the kids explore whilst you sit and relax. The Five Bells pub is a short walk away and offers great locally sourced high end dining and a well stocked gin bar.

We welcome you to enjoy our detached studio space nestled between the villages of Smeeth and Brabourne, we are lucky to have wonderful views and the country walks are plentiful. Historic town of Canterbury is nearby but beach is only a short drive away too. Being just over an hour from London and 10 minutes from the Euro tunnel its ideal for a 'quick stop off' or a 'tranquil get away'.
