The first floor has a large open kitchen with a cooking island and direct access to the south-facing and covered terrace with a Weber gas grill. The kitchen is perfectly equipped - two induction stoves, one oven with steam and another one with microwave function, two dishwashers, two warming drawers, a Kitchenaid kitchen machine with accessories, various small appliances, baking pans and much more. At this place cooking and baking are fun! The café-bar with a portafilter machine and a lounge area is openly connected to the kitchen and the dining room, where up to 10 people can take a seat at a large table. There is also a cast iron fireplace stove for cozy warmth in the cold season. Opposite the dining room is the living room with a large couch, a TV and a view of the apple tree in the garden. Adjacent to the hallway in the entrance area is a small bathroom. The ground floor is fully equipped with Sonos boxes. An iPad is available to control the music and some Hue lights - Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and can be used free of charge. From the large wooden terrace via an open staircase you can reach the garden as well as the sauna. Adjacent to the outbuilding is another terrace for spending time in the garden. In the shade of large yew trees you can find another seatingarea. Two loungers invite you to relax. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The „Garden Room“ with a queensize bed has its own bathroom and a chill area in the attic as a retreat with another TV. The „Bismarck Room“ has a kingsize boxspring bed, and the „Railway Room“ has two single sized beds. The two bathrooms are each equipped with a sink, toilet and shower and have skylights for ventilation. The beds are made and a towel set is provided for each guest. To recharge your batteries and do something good for your health, we have installed a sauna with a BI-O sauna heater in our outbuilding. It is also possible to take alternating affusions according to the principle of Pastor Kneipp, in order to stimulate and support the blood circulation - foot baths are also possible. The sauna area can be used as an additional service for a fee to create individual wellness moments.

Tiny House in your own natural garden

Feel connected to nature. Our Tiny House is located in the middle of a 2000 sq m natural garden with no direct neighbors. The covered terrace invites you to rest, eat or work in the garden, come rain or sunshine. In colder weather you can heat the Nordpeis wood-burning stove and enjoy the glow and warmth of the fire. For those for whom the 2000 sq m garden is not enough - the edge of the Huy forest is 100 meters from the property. In the evening, you can gaze at the stars as you fall asleep.

Holidayhome at Bernsteinsee (Sauna, BBQ, firepl.)

Beautiful log cabin 400m away (approx. 7 minutes on foot) from Lake Bernstein. Very quiet location surrounded with trees and beautiful small holiday homes. The garden is overgrown with plants so that it cannot be seen in from outside and is exclusively available. A Gasgrill and fireplaces both inside and outside with wood is included. Whirlpool (75€ / stay; April-Oct.) and sauna (25€ for / night; all year) can be booked for additional cost. A Carport for one car (up to 2 m high) is available.

Unser gemütliches 35m² Blockbohlen Haus, umgeben von einem großzügigen Garten, ist der ideale Rückzugsort für Naturliebhaber. Entspannen Sie in einem behaglichen Schlafzimmer oder auf dem kuscheligen Schlafboden. Die offene Küche und das Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarer Couch bieten Raum zum Wohlfühlen. Der Kamin sorgt für warme, gemütliche Abende – perfekt für eine erholsame Auszeit im Herzen des Elm-Lappwalds.

Kunstscheune

Die Ferienwohnung mit Liebe zum Detail ist eine ehemalige separate Heuscheune im Harzer Vorland. Im Dorf gibt es eine Pizzeria und ein Hofcafé mit Frühstück und frischen Brötchen. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft und eine Tankstelle sind mit dem Auto und über einen Radweg (2km) in Liebenburg erreichbar. Auch die Unesco-Welterbe-Stadt Goslar mit anderen Attraktivitäten ist innerhalb von 15 min mit dem Auto sehr nah. Die weitere Umgebung bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und Erkunden.

Klein Elmau - Das Waldidyll im Elm

Wenn Österreich zu weit ist für kurzes Auftanken von Natur, Ruhe und Blockhütten-Atmosphäre, wartet unser (voll umzäuntes) Klein Elmau auf euch. Ein Blockhaus mitten im Naturschutzgebiet Elm ohne Straßenlärm, dafür aber mit viel Wald, Ruhe und Romantik. Nach einem Waldspaziergang könnt ihr euch einkuscheln und aufwärmen am Kamin, in der Badewanne oder in dem urgemütlichen Ohrensessel auf der Glas überdachten Terrasse, von der aus ihr einen Rundumblick auf den Elm habt.

Magdalenenhof am Huywald - Kornboden mit Aussicht

Der "Magdalenenhof am Huywald" ist einer von sechs sog. "Vollackerhöfen" aus denen Dingelstedt entstanden ist. Das Wohnhaus wurde 1727 erbaut und steht heute unter Denkmalschutz. Der Huywald (eines der größten Buchenwaldvorkommen Europas) ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und lädt zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen ein. Auch Radfahrer kommen auf Ihre Kosten. In Dingelstedt startet ein Radweg der auf einer alten Bahntrasse gebaut wurde.

Willkommen in Werder , einem kleinen Dorf 5 km von Bockenem und der A7 mit Anschluß zur A39 entfernt.Hannover , Braunschweig sowie Goslar erreicht man in ca 30 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gaststätten befinden sich in und um Bockenem. Den Harz so auch das Weserbergland laden zum Wandern und Rad fahren ein. Motorradfahrer kommen hier auch voll auf ihre Kosten,wir selber fahren Motorrad und stehen euch für Tourenfragen gern zur Verfügung.
