The bedroom can be made up as a twin or s/king sized double, please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Air bed for 3rd guest. ) Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

There is a well stocked farm and coffee shop in the village, Hidcote and Kiftsgate gardens are nearby, and there are numerous delightful walks locally.

The Cottage sits immediately adjacent to the Farm House, and is part of a small 40 acre farm. We are on an A road so there is traffic noise. (please be aware that guests book and then complain about the road) As a working farm, there is animal noise too. The cottage is NOT suitable for children.
