Broadeford Barn is a lovely spacious barn conversion close to the beautiful north Devon coast and excellently located for guests to enjoy the exceptional beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton. There is a large family bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a chair bed with adjacent bathroom. Downstairs there is underfloor heating in the well equipped open plan living room and kitchen. The accommodation is dog friendly with a dedicated field nearby for dog walking & exercising.

Our guest house is situated atop a hill with panoramic views of the surrounding scenery and historic Tarka Trail. Fully self-contained building, patio and parking area. Skirr Cottage was the home of the acclaimed writer Henry Williamson who is best known as the author of Tarka the Otter. With its pretty whitewashed exterior the cottage is set next to a trickling stream next to the historic Norman church of St. George in the heart of Georgeham village. Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

200 Year Old Riverside Cottage + Garden

Our riverside cottage is close to everything you need in the lovely village of Braunton, yet feels a million miles from everyday life. This is a 200 year old cottage with a cosy contemporary feel. We have 2 double rooms with an extra fold out bed/ travel cot possible. This makes a perfect base to surf, walk, cycle (right next to the Tarka trail) or just chill in the lovely garden or in front of the woodburner. Couples, friends, children and a well behaved dog all welcome.

The accommodation comprises the cottage with 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom, and a separate annexe which is a cosy self contained double bedroom with en-suite WC/shower.

A beautiful, ground floor flat, located just footsteps from the glorious sandy beach of Westward Ho! This self contained apartment has a spacious open plan living area with dining table and well equipped kitchen. There is a double bedroom with ample storage and a sofa bed in the lounge area. The secure porch provides an useful storage space for surfboards, bikes, wetsuits and other outdoor equipment. The property is south facing and enjoys its own off-road parking.

The Lookout (Log Cabin), Braunton. Incredible view

The Lookout is a log cabin which occupies a superb position with spectacular views over Braunton, the burrows and beyond. The log cabin is situated at the top of our garden next to our house. Access is via some steps - certainly well worth it for the view. We are conveniently located within the village of Braunton, around 5-7 minutes walk to the centre where there are a great variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. There is off street parking for one car.

Longleigh is the ideal beach house perfectly situated in Croyde and just a 5 minute walk from the beach and the village centre. With sea views over the dunes, the house is surrounded by fields. Longleigh has 6 large en-suite bedrooms, a large open plan kitchen, spacious sitting room, a penthouse lounge with a further double bed, a ‘wet’ room/utility room, spacious patio, enclosed garden and a large roof deck which wraps around the whole house.

The Boathouse - Lee Bay, Devon

Located on the beach front, The Boathouse is a charming cottage housing four guests in picturesque Lee Bay, and boasting a magnificent sea view. Being next to the Southwest Coastal Path, and in close proximity to the famous Woolacombe Beach, it's a perfect destination for all. There are up to three private parking spaces on the premises, and one well behaved dog is welcomed.

The space is perfect for a weekend + for a couple or family of 3, single traveler, surfers, walkers, cyclists, or professionals.
