Our beautiful custom waterfront cabin is a perfect getaway for couples and small families. We are located on Mercer Creek Cove. The cabin is very relaxing and private. There is a boat ramp in the subdivision for your use. All bedding and bath towels are included. Kitchen is fully equipped, direct tv on 3 large flat screen TVs. Gas grill we provide the propane, custom built in bonfire pit just steps from the water. Hot tub that overlooks the Cove, private outdoor shower. We now have WIFI!

There is a big screen TV located in both living rooms. The basement living area has an air hockey table for added fun! The kitchen table will seat 10 people but there is an outdoor picnic table as well. Enjoy your morning coffee on the upper deck or walk out basement patio in the porch swing

This small private cabin is located 1 mile from the Ohio River at Derby, IN. It is nestled on 68 acres in a very private park like setting. Enjoy the stocked pond and nature from the covered porch or the private hot tub. Go for a hike in the woods and possibly see some of the wildlife or walk down onto your dock from the deck to do some fishing or swimming. There is a paddle boat available to use as well. Gas grill is on the deck with table and chairs.
