The Old Music Room

The Old Music Room is in the beautiful and special village of Geldeston, in the Broads National Park. It’s a super-insulated ecologically-built guest house clad in traditional oak boarding, with a living wild-flower roof and stunning views directly out over the Waveney Valley. Geldeston is a glorious place to be and enjoyed by many visitors. The village is on the river Waveney with lots of places to access the river, very popular with walkers, cyclists and boaters. Walking distance to 2 pubs.

This quaint retreat features a comfortable bed, a small seating area, kitchen, toilet & shower also a wood burner that keeps the space toasty at night. Outside, a wood-fired hot tub awaits, offering a relaxing soak with stunning views of nature. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a solo retreat, our Shepherd's Hut provides an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Blue Marlin Shepherds Hut Saham Toney Norfolk

At Wispy Meadows Luxury Holidays we currently have five shepherds huts and one lodge situated around the lake. We are an adult only site and welcome guests aged eighteen and over. Our huts will sleep two adults. Situated in a beautiful and peaceful location you will be able to get away from it all and relax. There is a private under cover hot tub (additional charge) which you may wish to bring extra towels if you wish to use. Free fishing on site please bring your own equipment and bait.

The Lodge at Lyng Mill

Peaceful, rustic and romantic lodge in the grounds of an 18th century mill house on the river Wensum at Lyng Mill, North Norfolk. Swim in the river or light the wood burner, get back to nature in this cosy romantic setting. The Lodge sits in a wooded area underneath a giant red cedar tree. It is also on the banks of the mill pond, a perfect wild swimming spot with its own outdoor shower. It is bright and airy in summer but warm and cosy in the winter months. We love dogs, all welcome.

Luxury Shepherd Huts at Ketteringham Hall, Norfolk

Like the name suggests, Peacock is a beautiful shepherd hut tucked away in the peaceful woodlands of historic Ketteringham Hall; a fantastic location for exploring the delights of Norfolk! The hut is cosy but spacious, complete with a king size bed, wood burning stove and ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a private outside area surrounded by trees complete with a picnic table, BBQ and firepit for 'back to nature' evenings. Continental breakfast and essential toiletries are included.

With your own bridge across, a stay at "Little Island Retreat" is true exclusive glamping. Our wooden glamping cabin features a king-size bed, sink, decking area, seating, BBQ and eco toilet. A short walk away is a shower room with electric shower, flushing toilet, sink, fridge, USB point & plug sockets. Linen, towels, crockery and basic cookware are all provided.

Stunning location set on a conservation area, surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees. To the front of our picturesque period cottage is a peaceful common & large pond. We have many different types of wildlife around us, such as deer, hares, baby Leveretts in the spring & a resident barn owl and lots of birds. The Annex has just been fully renovated to a high standard. Its in a peaceful country setting but only 25 mins from the nearest beaches & 10 mins to the closest town.

This small & cozy 2 bed cottage is set in the village of Hempton, ideal for couples and small families it is located approx 10min walk to Fakenham town centre. Fakenham is a lovely market town with plenty of local amenities including some great places to eat. The property is equipped with the comforts you’ll need for a great stay, with parking available on Bakery Court which is a short walk through to Oak Row. Free WI-FI. Great pub & lake around the corner.
