It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Entrance door from the apartment is shared with the owner (we share the main hallway) but each apartment has a separate entrance.Considering that the window from the apartment is faicing to the staircase, there is not a lot of daylight, but the apartment has an exit to the yard which you can use.
