Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

The railway station is close by. The very private and luxury accommodation is upstairs with its own entrance and a large and very comfortable super king bed. The little seaside cottage is close to all local amenities. just a 5 minute stroll to the nearest sandy beach, 2 minutes into Bridlington town centre and just 5 minutes from the local train station, everything you need is really on your doorstep. Plenty of coastal walks for those keen to explore, close links to the Yorkshire Wolds and the Yorkshire moors. Our cottage is well equipped and has everything you need, from buckets and spades to umbrellas, to enjoy a wonderful break at the sea.

The Barn is well equipped throughout – fine linens in the bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen (including climate-controlled wine storage). Free wi-fi, a bluetooth sound system and smart TV. Outside is a part-walled, sandstone patio with table and chairs and a large field which you are welcome to access.

This accommodation is situated in the centre of Bridlington. With views overlooking the sea, the harbour is only a 2 minute walk away. This property is newly renovated for the 2017 season, it is extremely tidy throughout. All kitchens, furniture and appliances are brand new.
