The city centre is less than a 20-minute car drive away or accessible by a 35-minute bus ride.

Meadow View in the village of Lower Penn sits in the South Staffordshire countryside, located in a quiet country lane, with private entrance. Downstairs it has bathroom and shower, and the upstairs annex offers comfortable sleeping with king size bed and lovely views across the meadow. Parking is available right outside. The Greyhound Pub has an excellent menu plus real ales, and is a 5 minute walk away, with many other restaurants with takeaway/delivered food available within a 3 mile radius.

Welcome to Work, Rest & Play our self contained guest flat set in the heart of the Glass Quarter, within walking distance of the lovely little town of Stourbridge. You will have your own space with a large dining/lounge area, en-suite bedroom, kitchen and access to our landscaped backgarden with woodfired sauna, pizza oven & bbq.

Kinver Edge View Annexe
We started building the granny annexe in 2018 for our parents future home. As they are not at that stage yet we have decided to rent it out for now. There's plenty of space for two, but we have a sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep four. There is a wet room with shower downstairs and ensuite with Victoria & Albert freestanding bath upstairs. We are well positioned to explore the area being on the South Staffs, Shropshire and Worcestershire border and of course Kinver Edge.

This cosy annex is just 15 mins walk from the Molineux Stadium & Wolverhampton City centre, offering easy accessibility to local places of interest and amenities. The annex is opposite a beautiful park with pubs, restaurants, takeaways, supermarkets & convenience stores within a short walking distance. The Lodge is nestled next to our home, The Cedars, in the heart of Oldswinford.

Our newly built two bedroom home away from home , with a spacious back garden is strategically nested in a quiet and serene neighbourhood in Wednesbury. It is located within walking distance to the local library, shopping area and family park and is in close proximity to a reliable bus service to West Bromwich, Birmingham City Centre , University of Birmingham and West Midland Safari Park. This new built new furniture house has a unique design with a heart warming welcome host. This new house located 15 mins drive to the Birmingham city centre and only 4 minutes walking distance to the Rowley Regis train station and 7 mins away from motorway M5 junction 2, the closest supermarket Lidl 5 mins walk away or Sainsbury’s in Blackheath high street is 3 mins drive away. Strictly No small/big party allow, NO visitors allow.
