Just 2 mins from beach and i360 and minutes from Brighton's great restaurants and nightlife. Double Bedroom, Twin Bedroom and Small double sofa bed. (The sofa bed is only made up for parties of 5 or more). The cottage is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each and every guest stay - We’re Good to Go standard. No parties. Quiet time between 10pm and 8am

A lovely three bedroom family house in a quiet residential area with open plan living space downstairs. There are two double bedrooms, and a single bedroom. There is also a cloakroom on the first floor. The house is only 300m from the beach via steps as Madeira lift is closed due to covid. Please be aware that car parking is not available at the property but I will explain where you can park nearby for £9.20 per full day. I have never raised my price for busy periods.

The property has been set-up with families in mind, so we have available on request high chair, travel cot, baby bath, stair gates, changing mats etc. We are also a dog friendly house.
