We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Please make sure to enter the right amount of guests ;-)

Introducing your idyllic retreat: nestled in a serene country setting yet conveniently located close to the Stadium (8 min.), downtown (12 min.) and just down the road from I-94 with airport only (25 min.) away. This charming rental offers a peaceful escape and greetings from the resident chickens, goats and 2 miniature cows. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, allowing the benefit of longer stays. A perfect get a way for a couple or group of friends. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, game room(pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, dart board, giant Jenga and ring toss) full kitchen, and laundry. 2 couches inside the house, 2 couches in the game room. Grill on the back patio. The 5 guest sleeping arrangement is 2 guests in the queen bed, 2 guests in the full bed and 1 guest on the large couch.

We're only 13 miles from shopping and dining in Toledo or Cabela's in Dundee. You will find contentment here. This is your home away from home.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Spend your mornings with a coffee on the large front porch, or catch the sunset with a glass of wine. Just a few short blocks from downtown Tecumseh, you can walk to restaurants, bars, coffee shop, ice cream, shopping, and more! Centrally located to several area hot spots such as Hidden Lake Gardens, Adrian College, and lakes for fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding. Short drive north to Ann Arbor, south to Toledo and anywhere in between!

Located a few miles from downtown Tecumseh, MI, the house is located on 10 acres of land, including a wooded area with walking trails. It is also part of the Merillat Airport (34G) community, a grass runway (3608 ft). Perfect for fly-in/fly-out guests, or if you just want to sit on the back balcony or by the fire pit and watch planes take off and land. The house is also 25 miles away from Ann Arbor and University of Michigan and 20 miles from Michigan International Speedway.

This little gem sits on 2 acres of beautiful land with mature trees. Our little cottage is only 500 sq. ft. So it’s ideal for 2 people but will accommadate up to 4 (2 kids or 1 adult on futon). We are just 1/4 of a mile away from W.W. Night Nature Preserve for morning or evening walks! We are conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the 75/I80 interchange with several stores and restaurants just 1 exit away! We love our military so ask about our discount after booking!

Home in the country this delightful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house will accommodate 6 guests with ease. With its warm inviting decor and modern amenities located on 10 acres with access to our private pond enjoy nature and local wildlife, the pavillion, and fire pits. The pond and pavillion are shared spaces so you might see us from time to time you can also enjoy your private patio with comfortable seating and a grill and your own private fire pit at the house.

Historic Firehouse turned Modern Home in Riga, MI

This solid concrete tiny home was once this ghost town's fire house! It's been sensibly converted and turned into a stylish and comfortable living space. Despite being solidly out in the country, it's a quick drive to Blissfield and Adrian, or even Ann Arbor or Toledo. There's a small and peaceful outdoor seating area, combo washer/dryer, full kitchen, and multiple televisions. The home has an EV Charger, and a Tavern Next door, set to open soon!
