Baydream Studio is a private self-contained and beautiful space built onto the side of our house. It has magnificent direct seaviews and a balcony. You can be on the sandy beach in just 2 minutes, which has a Seaside Award meaning it is one of the best beaches in England. The Studio is comfortable, spacious, light and airy. Far enough out of town to be peaceful but only a 10 minute level walk along the cliff top to the vibrant town centre where there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs.

Perfectly located right on the beach yet in the heart of Broadstairs, this ground floor flat is in the historic 'Eagle House', named after the French Eagle Standard captured in the Battle of Waterloo. It is comfortably but stylishly furnished with mid-century vintage pieces and original artworks by local artists; enjoy a morning coffee on the sunny patio before stepping through the secret beach gate onto the golden sands of Viking Bay. The flat is a really lovely spacious one bedroom basement property. It has its own private entrance with a key safe for easy access. It also has parking which is often rare in Broadstairs and it can be very difficult to find a parking space on a summers day. We have an area in the communal garden for a barbecue or to enjoy your morning coffee. We are literally a couple of minutes walk to the beach. You can see from the photos the most amazing sea view as you enter Granville road.

It is my home and I rent it out when I am away so others can enjoy the delightful calm of the views and the charms of Margate.
