The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. Beach Lookout is a charming one bedroom apartment with direct access to the famous blue flag "Viking Bay" in Broadstairs and unprecedented panoramic views of the bay and sea from the balcony. You have the pier/harbour arm directly opposite and watching the sun rise whilst laying in bed through the balcony doors is amazing (I have uploaded a photo). You can sleep with the doors open in the summer and the sound of the ocean crashing against the shore is one awesome soundtrack!

This newly refurbished holiday home is in a spectacular location, set back from the clifftops of the Eastern Esplanade in Broadstairs. Below the cliffs lies the family friendly Stone Bay, a less crowded alternative to the main beach at Viking Bay. Broadstairs promenade, the main beach and the town is only a 5 minutes walk away. This beautiful seaside town offers many wonderful restaurants and bars, art galleries and retro ice cream parlours. Easy free parking

Beautiful beachside apartment

The apartment is decorated to a very high standard, with a high specification kitchen and bathroom with large walk in shower. The lounge directly overlooks Viking Bay, with fabulous views of the seafront and is close to the town centre and easily walkable from the station. There is a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings or cosy winter breaks. We have one large double bedroom, and a double-sized sofa bed so the apartment is comfortable for 2-4 people.

This light and airy two bedroom flat has French doors opening onto a patio area with communal gardens beyond. The apartment is ideally positioned to enjoy the seaside town of Broadstairs which has an excellent selection of shops offering local produce with many restaurants, coffee bars and pubs. The Westwood Cross shopping centre is only a short drive away and has larger stores, restaurants, leisure centre and cinema.
