It is situated on a quiet, tree-lined street, moments from all Brixton has to offer. As it is a family home there will be personal items, a certain amount of wear and tear and we like to be considerate of our neighbours - if you are looking for ironed sheets / unblemished furniture or a place to have friends over this may not be right for you.

Welcome to our beautiful original Victorian house, our family home, full of art and a heaven from the bustle of London life. Only 15 min tube ride to the centre and very well connected to any London areas. At the top of the house, this is a uniquely designed studio loft with private bathroom, kitchen, coffee & tea station, overlooking our garden with a gorgeous skylight and a hammock. A place to step back & replenish. Plenty of living space, even for morning yoga, in a creative environment.

Battersea Park Comfortable room

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home. The room is on the first floor ( single guest with standard double 4ft6” x 6ft 3” bed) , shared bathroom. Light use of the kitchen. The washing machine used with permission. No breakfast provided. The room is at the rear and can be noisy with the station and trains from 5.30am till 12pm. The house is situated near a tube, 2 train stations and numerous buses. Please note I have a “Firm” cancellation policy and no room keys.
