Awesome place to stay. Convenient to the subway and the highway if you have a car! The place looked just like the pics. Very clean and neat. I would definitely recommend it and stay again!

Our stay was very comfortable and Anil was extremely responsive to our questions, despite the fact he had a medical issue that required a trip to the ER. We enjoyed card games outside in the backyard and the house was cozy. We weren’t used to the voice controls coming out of nowhere, but that didn’t really bother us too much. There were low ceilings in the basement, and my son, who is 6’ 4”, had to slouch down to walk around. He didn’t mind because that was his only complaint. He said the bed was comfortable (they all were!) We loved the serenity of the water just across the way, and a nice touch was that the Greentree Country Club, where we had our wedding reception 27 years ago, was just down the street! Would return!

Very quiet street in the South Bronx. The place itself gives you plenty of privacy. You can take peaceful walks to one of the many Deli’s or grocery stores once you arrive. There a so many close by. Laundromats very close by as well if you need to use one. Tano and Clarissa even have a list of places they recommend as soon as you get inside. Subway is 6 minutes away that can get you to midtown in about 25 minutes. We went on this trip because we wanted to see games at Yankee stadium. And it is very convenient. You can go on subway to the game or even uber and it is not hard at all. Tano was very communicative with us. Any time we had a question he would answer right away. We would definitely stay again.

Vincent place was great! Very cute, comfortable and cozy. We felt safe and Vincent's place had everything we needed! I would definitely book his place again!

Kirsten was extremely responsive and helpful. We booked our stay much in advance and had several questions prior to check in such as how many stairs there were, if there was enough kitchenware to cook a thanksgiving meal etc and she was patient to answer them all. In general, the property is beautiful, tastefully decorated, spacious and well furnished. There are a couple of trails around to explore and good food options to order in or go to as well.

Diony was an amazing host and extremely responsive and accommodating . Home is absolutely gorgeous! And convenient location. We booked last minute, and check in process was very simple n easy. Highly recommend for any type of stays!

I rented this apt for my parents who were in town. Gregory was always responsive and friendly. The location is very convenient and the place is as described. Will definitely keep in mind for my future guests!

This place is a great little place to stay, quiet and peaceful for the three of us. The beds were very comfortable and the tv’s worked great. Heat and A/C were easy to use and the bathroom/shower always had hot water. We had a great stay and would come back again. The walk to the Metro station is about 15 minute walk away. It is the end of the line for the Green 5 train. The only negative is if you are coming to New York for sightseeing in Manhattan, the train ride is 1-1/2 hours each way. If you are ok with being on the subway for that amount of time (we were) then don’t hesitate to book here!

Lovely place. Amazing backyard. Close to the major highway i95. Gigi accommodated me at the last minute, which was greatly appreciated. She was also very responsive. Recommend this place for solo or pairs. I will book again if I’m staying in the Bronx and the place is available. Thanks for hosting me.

Very spacious apartment with high ceilings and central skylight. The Brazilian restaurant below is tasty and has good service. The bathroom has modern double sinks, which is nice, but an older style bathtub/shower. Uber to Wakefield 241 St subway station is about $15 and a quick ride, but it’s an hour plus subway ride to get to Midtown. Ly and Richi were very nice and responsive. Parking space was excellent, and there’s convenient grocery shopping options very close by car.

Great place, comfortable and perfect for a small family! Gayle was very kind and even offered access to laundry since the unit itself does not have in-unit. 10/10 would come back!

Usufruímos deste apartamento em família, num grupo de 6 adultos. A nossa estadia foi perfeita, apartamento espaçoso, agradavelmente decorado com cozinha bem equipada, qualidade e totalmente funcional. O terraço tem uma excelente vista panorâmica, sendo que o clima não nos permitiu a sua utilização. Conforto e limpeza 5 estrelas. Foi uma ótima base para explorarmos NYC, encontrando aqui um refúgio calmo para o necessário descanso e convívio familiar. Fácil acessibilidade por transporte público. No nosso caso Uber/Lyft que em 10 minutos nos colocavam na estação de Hoboken. Sem dúvida que voltaremos a considerar esta opção numa futura visita.

Ken's place was a block away from my brother's home. Couldn't have been more perfect. Such an easy walk to the Path Station. Felt quite safe in the area. Lots of light. The sleeper sofa has a memory foam mattress. My oldest brother, 6'6", said he slept comfortably. Great value. Already referred a friend there.

This was our first time as a family taking a NYC trip. Staying right in the city was extremely expensive so we considered being on the other side of the river. It worked out well. Olga’s son Hirian helped us as Olga was in FL. Hirian could not have been more friendly and helpful. Apartment is as described and had plenty of room for all of us. The 2 bathrooms really made a difference with 3 kids and all of needing to shower after a long day in the city. Apartment is right on the bus route for the city. Hirian is always available for any questions. Only X factor is parking but there a lot close by. You just need to keep paying on the app. If you are looking for a great place to stay this is a great choice!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern. Der Blick auf die Skyline ist einfach atemberaubend. Die Anbindung nach New York war mit dem Bus sehr einfach! Und es war abends nach dem Trubel in New York schön in die Ruhe nach New Jersey zurückzukehren. Wenn man nach 22 Uhr nach New Jersey möchte, muss man die Fähre (fährt bis Mitternacht) nehmen oder ein Uber, was aber auch kein Problem ist. Auch die Nähe des Lidls ist wunderbar, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Insbesondere waren die Freundlichkeit von Kenia und ihre stetige Erreichbarkeit wunderbar. Danke an Kenia!

Hoboken est un quartier très agréable et accessible depuis NY. Nous avons adoré l’environnement, l’ambiance et la magnifique vue sur Manhattan depuis la Corniche. L’appartement est très agréable, très joliment aménagé et décoré. Une découverte de NY dans les meilleures conditions. Merci !

Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und Aj war sehr hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten 12 sehr schöne Tage in der Wohnung von Christabella. Die Lage ist ideal, um sowohl New York City als auch die reizvollen Gegenden am Westufer des Hudson River zu erkunden. Besonders praktisch: Der nahegelegene PATH-Train bringt einen in nur 8 Minuten zum World Trade Center und in 19 Minuten zum Empire State Building – die Anbindung an Manhattan ist also perfekt. Aber auch Jersey City selbst hat viel zu bieten, mit zahlreichen guten Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Christabella war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hat schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet. Die Wohnung war genauso, wie sie beschrieben wurde – sauber, gut ausgestattet und mit allem, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
