Nice place to stay, felt right at home, very responsive and friendly host

Enjoy The Stay. Worked In Milbank SD. A little far. But it felt great once o got off work. Also couldn’t figure out the Air situation. Got kind of Warm at night, as if the heater came on. Other than that great place.

I’ve stayed at a lot of air b n bees. I’ve been here 2 weeks. This one is my favorite. It’s way better than a motel room. Extremely clean. The rooms were just recently remodeled. New: comfy mattress, full size fridge, full kitchen sink, microwave, A/C, coffee maker with coffee, TV with Roku that will stream everything. Huge laundry room. New cooking pots and pans with electric burners. A full size copier/fax machine. Brand new First Aid kit in the closet. On top of that, unlimited: toothbrush/paste, razors, shower soaps, dish washing soap, lotion, toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels, napkins, trash bags, ect. There is a table stacked with these supplies in the hallway if you need to replenish. Easy check in: a code for the front door and a code for your room lock. And the friendliest genuine folks you will ever meet – Cal the manager is A++. I’m only allowed 5 stars. This one goes to 11.

Great and quiet place to relax. Great price for the location. Super easy to come and go and very homey kind of feeling. Will definitely book again.

Makayla helped me out in a last minute situation due to a family member being ill. I didn't try to reserve her place until around 6pm the night of but she still made it work. It helped me out tremendously. I appreciate the small town hospitality.

I stayed at Judys place for the week while I was working in town, and I had everything I needed! I appreciated the fully stocked kitchen so I could cook my own meals, and she included laundry detergent and dryer sheets so I could do a load of laundry while I was there. The apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated. I had wifi issues while I was there, and Judy was quick to respond and fix the problem immediately. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Was a great experience! Will definitely stay again with Sheri when we are here.

Rachel was a pleasure to work with and her property is one of the cleanest and most comfortable Airbnb my family has ever booked. The place is roomy, with comfortable furniture and beds. There is a beautiful TV stand complete with electric fireplace, which we enjoyed when the weather turned cold. Everything was clean and organized, and the kitchen is well-stocked. The water pressure in the shower is outstanding! We would definitely want to stay here again if we visit Sioux Falls :)

Great place!

We enjoyed Jennifer's place and everything was great. It was the perfect location for us and we would certainly come back. One small thing, having a tall person in our group, the bathroom mirror could certainly be raised a bit to accommodate everyone. Thank you for a lovely, comfortable stay.

I return to stay in Robert and Teresa’s place for so many reasons. First of all they (including Miranda) understand the importance of offering a fragrance free place and are so helpful with whatever is needed. The decor is so homey and cozy but not overdone like some Victorian places. Everything you need is provided in the kitchen so you can prepare whatever you want, but there are so many great restaurants in Sioux Falls you might not cook much. I will definitely be returning again and again.

Loved the charm of the older home - it was very well maintained. You can tell that Robert and Teresa put a lot of thought into what would be helpful and useful for people staying in their home. They thought of everything...even down to the glasses in the freezer. We were very impressed with all the little details. We would definitely recommend this airbnb as well as return when we are in Sioux Falls.

Nickolas was extremely on top of communicating! The hot tub was nice and the place was very clean, I enjoyed the comfortable stay and all things willing I’ll be staying there again in the future as well

Older house that has been nicely renovated. Fully equipped for long-term stays. I was there 4 weeks and really enjoyed my stay.
