This is 1 of 2 units in our B&B, located on the second floor of a converted carriage house/ barn adjacent to our family's home. This provides all of our guests with plenty of privacy. The kitchen is ready to cook with a stove, microwave, dishes, and more. There is an outdoor grill available, charcoal is not provided. The Pool is available for swimming June-August, 12pm-8pm, weather permitting. A self serve cold breakfast is provided. Cleaning fees are reimbursable! See additional details below.

The Night Owl /Room #1/ private and comfortable

Pleasant space for your comfort while you travel. This room has a queen size memory foam bed on the ground floor of the house. There are two other listings with different layouts to check out if you would prefer those accommodations. Guests have a separate entrance to the Airbnb space that includes a shared bathroom, and shared common room, with amenities. Coffee, bottled water and a portable breakfast is provided. We are centrally located between Binghamton, Cortland, and Ithaca.

Stay at my home in the Southern Tier, NY. I welcome you to a true bed & breakfast experience. Guests are treated to a gluten-free breakfast that may include country eggs, homemade baked goods, waffles etc. Enjoy my attractive, village home, ample parking, relaxing decks and big yard. The second floor has two separate, private bedrooms. There is a full bathroom accessible from the hallway. There is also a full bathroom and bedroom on the first floor. I have a shy indoor/outdoor cat.

Due to the historic nature of the home and safety concerns, children under 10 years Old are not accepted as guests.

The Valley View Inn - Dinah Shore Suite

The Dinah Shore Suite at the Valley View Inn is located in the Carriage House which sits about 75 yards behind the Main House. There are 2 units in the building. The Dinah Shore features a separate living space and kitchenette in addition to a private bedroom and bath. The sofa pulls out to a double bed. Guests can sit on the deck and enjoy a beautiful view of the pond and Endwell Greens golf course.

Privacy-Country Apartment

We try our best to create a home for travelers and this is perfect for business travelers, couples, small families, LGBTQ friendly, solo travelers. We are very country and have visitors of the animal-type that visit such as turkeys and deer. We have cats and dogs in other areas of the building but not in the apartment.
