The Perfect Colorado Crash Crib

NEWLEY REMODELED! This is a perfect spot to spend a weekend enjoying Colorado. It is a short drive or bus ride to Denver or Boulder and just a few blocks from Old Town Lafayette with many restaurants, bars and breweries to choose from. There are two bedrooms with queen beds that sleep 1 or 2 people as well as a sleeper couch for 1 or 2 more. An air mattress is available if a fourth bed is required. Covered parking for two cars out front and a deck overlooking the private open space out back.

This guest suite is the entire lower level of the house, in a very safe and affluent subdivision, very quiet and spacious, about 1200 sq ft (110 sq meters), separate entrance. 10 min drive to Boulder, 30 min to Denver. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Easy access to hiking and biking trails as well as to ski areas via I-70. Rocky Mountain National Park is just about 1 hour away. Please note that this unit is for non-smokers only, due to smoke allergy of the residents.

You'll be 15 minutes from Boulder, 20 minutes from Denver and 1 hour from Eldora Ski area! Each room also has a TV with Amazon fire sticks. This 600 square-foot basement level suite has windows in both bedrooms and the family room. It is completely private from the rest of the house and includes 2 bedrooms, a family room with wet bar, toaster, coffee maker, 2 small refrigerators and a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub. There is also a 51" TV and wireless internet access. We welcome all ages, including infants (we even have a Pack and Play!) and all ethnicities. Also, we DO give refunds for cancelled flights!
