A Floating Cottage in the Canal! Enjoy this fabulous live-aboard boat, featuring a full bunk and single bunk below, a couch, and a fold-out couch. Kids and adults love it! There are two parking spots outside the fence, a short walk across a lovely green lot to the boat in the water. You’re a short drive to downtown New Baltimore and restaurants along Jefferson. I lived aboard this boat at the Detroit Yacht Club, so fun! There's a full toilet, hot shower, stove, microwave, and mini fridge. Enjoy!

The buildings downtown are beautiful and the view of Main Street will make you feel like your in a big city while still being in this quaint busy little town with so much to offer! Welcome to World Traveler owned home. *Amazing rustic experience in thriving Town on Lake Orion… *This upscale cottage is the perfect weekend getaway for all occasions. *The sunrises and sunsets alone make any vacation complete *Lake Orion has a variety of cuisine and bars. *Oxford, Clarkston & Rochester are all quite close. *Trolley that runs between Orion and Oxford *NEW 2025…NO PETS. Sorry but we had too many problems last year. *Also, strict check in and check out time… had issues!

Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Parking: please park on the street right in front of our house. Don't turn around in the neighbor's driveway across the street.
