Enjoy the private entrance and separate side yard area, ideal for pets and relaxing in this calm and quiet space. Please note there is no separate bedroom, ideal for the 1-2 people-3 max. You will be 10 minutes from Old Town Round Rock, 15 from the historic Georgetown Square & 25 from Austin & UT. You will have quick access to great restaurants, shopping & parks. We are in a quiet, established, heavily treed neighborhood with ponds, a small natural park, tennis court & quiet streets. I garden year round, so you are welcome to harvest and enjoy herbs & veggies.

Stylish house 10min from Domain. King & Queen beds

Newly renovated home in quiet cul-de-sac 19 minutes from downtown. Each bedroom has a bathroom and walk in closet. Master bedroom has a California King and second bedroom has a Queen. Both bedrooms are on the second floor. We have a roll in bed in the garage as well as a large couch that can be used for the 5th and 6th guest. Only guests are permitted. No extra visitors, parties or events. Violations may result in cancellation without refund. Neighborhood quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.
