Situated just off the A30 and 10 minutes from Exeter Airport. If you would like to travel to our local historic city of Exeter, There are train stations in our local villages of Whimple & Feniton both of which have parking. Approximately 20 minute drive from the picturesque beaches along the Jurassic coast.

Situated adjacent to our farmhouse, across a pretty shared courtyard, the cottage is warm and comfortable. The bedrooms have views of the orchard and tennis court, which you are welcome to use, along with the table tennis in the courtyard. Southlands Farm is in a perfect spot: a rural location renowned for its outstanding natural beauty but close to charming seaside towns.

This really is the most beautiful of getaways - An easily accessible hideaway under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

'Tall Trees' is a small apartment recently converted from a garage attached to Grade II listed Longmeadows Lodge. It is a calm space ideal for a single person or a couple. It would suit guests who are looking for a base in the East Devon countryside, but would like easy access to the A30, M5, Exeter, Dartmoor and the Coast. Tall Trees is in a small hamlet, and is nestled in amongst other dwellings. It benefits from its own front door, a parking space, and a private patio and garden area.

It has a fabulous enclosed garden where you can enjoy the firepit or BBQ or a huge open plan living area to cook up the mackerel you caught on the coast 20 minutes away. Surrounded by fields and orchards, close to the coast and Exeter there's plenty to keep you amused. Great transport links to the A30 and the London Waterloo train line in the village, it is a convenient rural idyll. Pets welcome. Remember, cream first!

Country House on a Farm
Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

Self-contained Annexe in a converted cowshed, in the Devon countryside. Surrounded by fields, yet just two miles from the market town of Honiton and neighbour to Deer Park Country House. The Annexe features free off-road parking and a private entrance. The open-plan interior contains a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, smart TV, armchairs, double bed, hangers and hairdryer. A sliding door leads to a modern shower room. Outside is a screened terrace and sheltered bike storage.
