Family room with 65” Smart TV with lots of streaming apps. Main bedroom doe not have an AC unit in it. The basement in the lower part of the house not much sun light and does not have AC. The living room and second bedroom has AC. Keep in mind when booking this property. Street parking!!

I do have 2 precious fur babies that wander around but stay in the basement during the daytime while I work. They are friendly :)
