The Hawthorn Shed is nestled within the lush and well-established gardens of our family home in Bude. It is only minutes away from the beautiful North Cornish coastline with it's sandy stretches of beaches, epic cliff walks and the Bude Sea Pool. Great for surfing, swimming, and various water sports. The Hawthorn Shed is within easy access to a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. The Appledown Iyengar Yoga Studio within our garden offers private & general classes.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Tucked into a North Cornish coastal valley perfectly positioned for stunning coastal walks with offroad access to Tamar Lakes & Tamara Coast to Coast Way. 10 minutes from Sandymouth beach & Bude with its tidal seapool & magnificent beaches. This contemporary house provides a large open plan design for six. Underfloor heating & log burner keep you toasty. Private parking for 3 cars with an EV charger.

Felly House Annex

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.
