Jody and her home were amazing. We stayed for two weeks and had a perfect stay. Jody was patient working with us to book and plan our stay. We drove across the country with our dog and you would never known another dog had been in Jody’s house - it was imacculate. Jody made us feel welcome - met us when we arrived and checked in periodically. She had recommendations for off-leash hikes that made our dog’s stay even better. Jody’s house had everything a family could ever need and more. We made nearly every meal in Jody’s amazing kitchen - double ovens, 6 burner gas cooktop and every smalI appliance we could dream of made it fun and easy. The master suite bathroom was exceptional and we enjoyed baths with a view every evening. Jody’s house is central to everything. We are skiers and had easy access to great Epic and Ikon mountains just a short drive away. It was so nice to work with an owner who loves her house and her community and ensured we did too! Grateful! Thank you, Jody!

We had a wonderful time! As soon as we got there, we felt like at home. Tom was always very responsive and accommodating. We loved our stay!

The pictures don't do this place justice! The home is wonderful, sturdy, and full of high quality furniture throughout. The couch and beds were very nice! We were more than comfortable with 5 people and a dog here; there was plenty of space and seating. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms were well-supplied, and the backyard (even covered in snow) was a real treat. Great space for a dog, and in warmer weather it would be a great space to hangout. The location was quiet and peaceful, and with the proximity to the bus stop it was very easy to get anywhere in town without driving. Mike was a wonderful host; always responsive, always friendly, and his welcome packet has tons of local suggestions for things to do/places to go!

This remodeled old bungalow has everything we needed for an overnight stay with our dog. The bedrooms are small which are expected for an older built home. Bed mattresses were comfortable. One car parking was available on the street in front of the property.

Stayed here for a weekend with friends to go to a show in BV and ski at Monarch. The location is great, really close to town, and the space was very pleasant. Easy and enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay here. The cabin was very nice and clean, the beds were comfortable and everything with check-in was easy and smooth. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved it - would stay again. Great location in town and very comfortable sleeping arrangements. Slept great on a new mattress. Kitchen had everything we needed. Many small and thoughtful touches throughout the house that make the stay that much nicer. Also filled with Leadville 100 history which we appreciated.

Great place. The condo is spacious and well appointed. Probably, best of all is the location! A short walk up to Snowflake lift or the bus stops right at the condo and you can ski back to the condo. This is the first time I’m rebooking the same place.

Wonderful cabin in the woods to stay, beautiful getaway with scenic views, and lots of privacy. We would definitely recommend staying here to anybody, especially if they’re looking for a getaway in the woods. The house were very respectful and had all amenities necessary for a getaway. I would get some groceries before going into town as there are not many stores close by. Definitely need a 4 x 4 vehicle to get there but it’s worth every trip!

Quiet and isolated from the main hustle and bustle, peaceful and clean. Was a great place for my family and I to stay for a vacation.

We loved this place for our family of 8. It was very spacious and comfortable and well furnished. I didn't ski but I could sit on the deck and watch the skiers go by. It was great having a place that the family could come in for lunch. To get to the Snowflake lift my family skied down a little way and then took off their skis to walk across the road to the lift. The fireplace quit the second day and a worker came within a few hours and pulled off a panel to show me how to get it going again. He said he would come the next day to replace a part. He never did but that was OK since he had showed me the switch behind the panel. I just hope it got fixed before the next guests came. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for an unforgettable family getaway in the mountains. We would stay here again in the future without a doubt!

Tough to find based on listing address, but once you are there, it’s perfect.

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. The condo is very comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed. The hall closet is very big so was great for storing our gear. The updated kitchen is super nice and has plenty options to cook meals. Our dog loved sitting on the back deck in the snow. Driving into town is beautiful and quick. Sarah might be the best host we have ever had. She’s very quick to respond and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is great. We would definitely stay again!

George and Barbora's place was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway to Breckenridge. Close to Kite Lake TH/Campground. Private and surrounded by nature. Hosts were very responsive and flexible. Huge bed and the foosball table was an added bonus. Worth every penny!

Great access to Leadville, hiking, lakes, the train, the Mineral Belt trail etc. Genuine Victorian period home with all the charm and quirks that go along with that. Friendly host. We loved being there.

This has been one of our favorite stays in Breckenridge. We highly recommend a stay here with family.

Stayed here for about three months. The place was excellent clean and we had no problems during our stay with everything we needed provided for us even wood for starting fires. It is also close to Breckenridge for the ski season and there is a free shuttle that runs everyday

Stayed here for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect space for it! Lovely cabin feel and cozy atmosphere. Would recommend!
