Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.

Comfortable cottage, which has been revamped recently. It is set in a beautiful indigenous garden. The cottage has all you need, well equipped kitchen, bathroom, sitting area and a patio that opens up onto the garden and pool which you are welcome to use. This is a perfect space if you are on business or on holiday. We have two friendly Labradors, a Ridgeback and chickens. we are close to shopping centre's, the vineyards and greenbelt.

Blackwood Studio

A modern and beautifully decorated house, nestled in Hout Bay, with magnificent views of the mountain. This is a great place for singles or a couple. There is a queen bed that sleeps up to 2. Power outages are being experienced by SA but we have tried to minimalise the effect for our guests - the oven/stove is gas, the hot water is gas, the internet is solar driven and we have 2 battery lights for guests use.

Kai Cottage is a contemporary, stylish, light & relaxing space located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Constantia Hills. It is a self-catering 1 bed studio apartment with a shower bathroom, a well-fitted kitchen, a comfy lounge and a private balcony/garden courtyard. It is best suited for professionals and couples. The property is situated adjacent to the beautiful Bel Ombre greenbelt with spectacular views down the valley as well as the lower lying Cape flats with the Hottentots Hollands mountain range as a backdrop. We have also installed an off grid power generation unit which means we are no longer affected by Load shedding.

Stone Pine Cottage, Hout Bay

The stone & wood cottage nestles in a wild garden, the bay, beach and village just a kilometer away. The previous owner, a bachelor in his day, used to entertain girl-friends here – and romance still rules in the one-roomed stone cottage, where the mezzanine bedroom has mountain and sea views.
