The suite is attached to our home, but your space is completely private (it has its own entrance, and a locked door separating the suite from the rest of the house). We are about 35 min to New Braunfels or SanAntonio and about 20 min to Canyon Lake and Blanco. We are close to the Guadalupe River, Guadalupe State Park, Natural Bridge Caverns, Schlitterbahn, Fiesta Texas and Fredericksburg is about 45 minutes away. Plenty of parking and a fenced back yard. 2 pets max.
