This cosy home has full kitchen facilities, new bathroom/laundry facilities although we retained the SHOWER ABOVE THE BATH in keeping with the era. This may not suit the elderly. It has a large secure backyard & plenty of parking for cars, boats. Walking distance to Centrepoint Shopping Centre, town centre, great cafes, restaurants, cinemas & the Entertainment Centre.

Located at the back of the main house, this fully contained and wheelchair-friendly guesthouse is only a walking distance to Maiden Reserve and less than 2 km to Mindalong Beach. Toilet, shower and kitchenette (including microwave, fridge, air fryer, electric frying pan and basic utensils).
