Crowfoot's Cottage is situated on the Norfolk-Suffolk border, in the beautiful Waveney Valley. Lying in grounds of seven acres including a lake and woodland, it is a haven for wildlife and an ideal base for a relaxing holiday. The oldest parts of Crowfoot's cottage date from the 17th century and have been lovingly renovated. A recently renovated basement apartment in a grade two listed town house in the heart of the historical market town of Bungay. A short walk to the river Waveney nestled in the Broads National park. We have on the door step, restaurants, pubs and an array of independent shops including many antiques. Bungay boasts four popular street markets a year, plus the Black Shuck festival, a folk festival and many others. Canoes and paddle boards can be hired locally. The Fisher theatre is few doors away.

Flixton is a small rural village, 5 minutes to the historic town of Bungay, 20 minutes to the Norfolk Broads, 30 minutes to Southwold. 20 minutes to Norwich, 40 minutes to Bury St Edmunds or Ipswich. Our central location is perfect for holidaying in Norfolk or Suffolk.
