This was most definitely a very peaceful experience for the both of us. We felt very well received and appreciated how much time Nancy took out of work to greet us, show us around, and make sure that we were properly provisioned at the cabin. The cabin itself was very nicely decorated and the full view from 3 sides really allowed us to appreciate the woods environment. We got a brilliant view of a lightening storm whilst all wrapped up cozy indoors the first night. We especially enjoyed getting to meet the raccoons, and even got a chance to feed one. There is a great variety of very loved and cared for animals, and definitely going to be something of interest for everyone. One of the other big highlights was getting to sleep while listening to the coyotes howling in the evening, something I have never experienced before and certainly won't forget soon! To Nancy and her team- thank you so much for your hospitality and the wonderful stay!

This Airbnb is a great getaway. Easy to find in rolling hill country and tucked back in the woods. We enjoyed the quiet and serenity of the location. There is a short walk to the cabin but a wagon was provided to cart your belongs over. Our dog loved being off leash and given you're in a part of the property with like to no activity it as perfect for us.

Nice space with lots of extra room

The pictures did not do this place justice. It was beyond expectations and such a perfect spot to stay. We only wish we would have had more time to explore around the house and area. Our grandchildren loved their first experience seeing and playing in the snow. The deck was perfect and even provided some me toys for them to play with outside. Thank you truly for sharing your home!!

We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back for another visit! Valerie was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She even let us feed the animals, which was such a memorable experience—our son adored it! We stayed on the second floor, which had a private bath, shower, and its own kitchen—perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. It was so enjoyable that we’ve already recommended it to others we met in a nearby town. Thank you, Valerie, for such a wonderful experience!

It was easy to find the house and checkin. The house was even more beautiful than the photos, especially the front rooms with the picture windows. The woodwork is incredible. We really appreciated the immaculate fenced-in yard, since we were traveling with two dogs. There’s also a great donut shop about 3 minutes walking distance, and the Main Street is full of options for dining and shopping. The only thing to note is that the bathroom sink had a very low flow (although the water pressure in the shower was great). Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the Cottage was great, very affordable, all fixtures are in great working order. Super comfy place, and Mary is a rockstar with responses and any questions you have. Definitely will be back!

This place was great. There isn’t much around here to do, especially in the winter, but we were looking to mostly disconnect from the outside world for a week and this was great for that. Aside from laundry there is really is everything you need to live here full time including a fully stocked kitchen with various helpful appliances like a crock pot and toaster stashed away but accessible. Perfect for a few days or a full week! It was a little dusty in some spots but otherwise clean and well kept. Had a great time. Hoping to come back when the weather is warmer and take advantage of the lake!
