The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

Built in the 1400s it is full of character with beautiful beams and original features. 5 minutes from the New Forest and in the Cranborne Chase, this home is surrounded by nature and plenty of attractions to explore. A farm shop, cafe, museum and the historic Elizabethan mansion 'Breamore House' is located on your doorstep. During the day explore the numerous walks and local attractions and by night cosy up next to the fire and relax.

Half a mile from the New Forest, Shepherd’s Lodge is hidden away at the the end of a long garden. It has a wood burning stove, electric heating, patio and it’s own fenced garden. The sofa has views over the surrounding farmland. There is a kitchen/dining area to prepare simple meals, separate shower room/toilet, a radio, GOOD 4G SIGNAL BUT NO INTERNET OR TELEVISION. Arden Studio is nestled in the grounds of my cottage - Arden Cottage. It is situated with direct access to the New Forest. With a separate bedroom offering a king size bed and a small open plan sitting room and kitchenette with a hob and microwave. it makes the perfect cosy retreat. The sofa can be converted into extra sleeping if required and extra bedding is provided. There is a a small private outdoor area to enjoy during the summer months. Dogs are welcome...
