The house has simply beautiful views of the beach, sea and sand dunes with extensive decking surrounded by glass balustrade where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. The pretty village of Kirkby on Bain is just 600 yards away. The Ebbington Arms is a wonderful public house which is well renowned for its excellent food. The Edwardian inland resort of Woodhall Spa is just 4 miles away here you find fantastic restaurants, shops and wonderful walks.

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.

Centrally located at the heart of rural Lincolnshire, and only a 12 mile drive from The city of Lincoln. The Granary is a beautifully converted Lincolnshire barn, bursting with character and the perfect location from which to explore this historic county. Situated on the very edge of the rural village of Digby, the Granary forms one side of the original yard and stables.

Situated in Stickford at the base of the Lincolnshire Wolds this is a great place to explore Lincolnshire. Wonderful dog friendly beaches 25 minutes away with plenty of walking and fishing locally. The historic city of Lincoln is 45 minutes, and the seaside town of Skegness is 15 miles away. The caravan is situated in our garden which has a large pond so children must be supervised at all times. We have 3 dogs, and free ranging chickens so visiting dogs must be on leads.
