This was an incredible experience and I highly recommend it to everyone! Being able to have hands on activities with the Highlands was unforgettable - we were able to feed them and bottle feed a calf. The house itself was perfect as well - it had plenty of games and the kitchen was fully stocked. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking to experience agriculture tourism. Thank you Janet and Ray for making my family feel so welcome, we won’t forget it!

What a cozy and beautiful cabin! We had a fantastic white Christmas here and enjoyed many hours by the fire. Beds are comfortable and firm, everything was very clean, instructions were clear and you really feel private tucked back in the woods. Nina was communicative and helpful. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at Margaret's place. It was a short trip to the NEK to visit family and was a perfect location for a weekend get away! It has all the luxuries of home. We enjoyed having our own space and was close enough to family (5 minutes) so that we could spend our time visiting instead of traveling. It certainly was a winter wonderland at this time of year up there!!! The driveway was a bit slippery and steep, but all and all it was a great stay! We definitely would love to return in the future. so nice to have so many bathrooms and separation of the sleeping quarters so that each family /group can have their own privacy.

Unmatched location for ski in/ski out - feels like your family’s vacation home that’s seen multiple generations (it has for our family)! Be aware though - you definitely need 4-wheel drive to get up if there’s snow! Thankfully the kind woman in the base lodge loaned us her vehicle to get up the first day before our 4-wheel SUV made it up the next! Can’t wait to return next year!

We were able to stay here with our 2 little ones and other family members comfortably. Nathan was very responsive and our family very much enjoyed our stay. Quiet, relaxing and everything we needed for a trip to Sugar Hill! Thank you!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this cottage. The property is beautiful, and while we both had work we had to do during our stay, I can't complain about getting to do work on the deck with a view of the pond, forest, and mountains. There were also two workstations inside the cottage that were useful to us. Within driving distance of many towns nearby and was about 30 min to a trail we hike in Franconia Notch as well as Crawford Notch. The jacuzzi tub was a nice addition to use after our hikes to help soothe sore muscles. Mary was very responsive to us and overall would recommend staying at this property. We would definitely stay again (hopefully at a time where we can just relax and not need to work!)

This house was absolutely beautiful and perfectly designed. We went up with 8people for my husband’s 40th bday. The house was close to the snowmobile rental in Gorham. Everyone loved it and that perfect view of watching the snowfall with the fireplace going! Amazing!
