Welcome to our newly constructed one-bedroom apartment in Burlington, located off of Shelburne Road in the hill section. We are a short drive/walk from Church Street, the waterfront, UVM Campus, and Champlain College. We have multiple grocery stores within a half mile radius and I-89 is easily accessible. Our apartment has ample privacy and your own quiet outdoor space, enclosed by cedars. The space includes cathedral ceilings and is a great setting to enjoy a relaxing vacation or business trip.

Settle in and relax, hike right out the door, or sip a drink on the deck overlooking a beaver pond where you may see beaver, otters, deer, birds or even a moose! Surrounded by gardens and not far from downhill skiing and hiking options, swimming, sailing, dining and Lake Champlain.

This newly built modern rustic mother-in-law private cottage offers a convenient place to stay while exploring the Burlington/Winooski area. The cottage is nestled in my backyard on a quiet street in vibrant Winooski. The home is a 10 minute drive to downtown Burlington & the airport, and a short walk to the river, several cafes, restaurants, pubs, nature areas, and a brewery. Winooski is referred to as “the Brooklyn of Burlington” because of the foodie scene and rich cultural diversity.

This 'organic-modern' 1883 home is located in the South End of Burlington, a hub of art, food, boutiques, yoga, craft beer, and coffee. It offers free on-site parking and is sun-filled. On our property we built The Tuckaway Suite, an entirely private guest suite above our garage. With access to a hot tub, and hiking trails right outside the door, this space is a brand new build with cozy cabin vibes.

Ideal for a family of 4 or 5, or two couples. A 5 minute walk from a country store and deli and a 5 minute drive from the Essex, New York ferry. Beautiful indoor and outdoor fireplace.
