Another peaceful, comfortable stay! Springtime in Harney County didn't disappoint. Sitting on the covered front porch, you can hear meadowlarks singing and the cows and calves calling to each other. Our travel had us arriving on the early side of the check-in window. A quick message to Crystal and she indicated everything would be ready for our arrival. She is always so communicative and helpful. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Elk Ridge Cabin is such a beautiful and peaceful place to escape the rush of life, and to enjoy the sights and sounds of the woodlands and lakes in the immediate area. The green yard with its live pond is utilized by many birds, chipmunks and squirrels. They were very entertaining as I sat under the pine trees next to the pond. What a great place to spend refreshing days and evenings for a relaxing vacation!

We were two friends in the area for three nights to photograph birds and wildlife. Rebecca's house was perfect for a comfortable night's sleep (we really weren't in the house during daylight hours). The internet was strong enough for us to use our photo editing software and the water pressure in the shower was very good. The kitchen has all the basics. We did not use the TV or too much in the kitchen. The electric heaters kept us comfortable. This house has history, and I appreciated all the original touches. Even though we were not far from the main thoroughfare, it was quiet. It is very easy to get to the main photography spots around Burns, and to the road down to Malheur. There were quail and deer around each morning and evening. I would stay here again based on price, location, and amenities that are important to me.

Perfect place to use as a home base for exploring Malheur. Comfortable bed, kitchen with anything one might need for meals, tasteful decor, very clean. We appreciated Allison's quick communication in answering any questions. Thank you for sharing this special home with us!

Staying at the Sandhill Suite truly felt like a home away from home. The space is beautifully decorated with modern furnishings, creating a warm, cozy, and peaceful atmosphere. Every detail invites you to relax and unwind, making it the perfect retreat. I would highly recommend it to any traveler looking for a serene and rejuvenating stay.

Our extended stay at Howie's was great! The space was clean, quiet, and stocked with all of the necessities. Howie was respectful and communicative throughout our stay, going out of his way to shovel and plow the areas during several winter storms we experienced, and continually checking in to ensure our needs were being met. Couldn't have asked for a better host or space to live in for the winter!

just like the pics. no complaints 👌 BJ was very nice- didn't hear her once. basement was clean and spacious with carpeted floors everywhere. nice coffee station and washer and dryer available as well.. nice little stay

Staying at Cheryl's place feels like home to us. The house is immaculately clean and very comfortable and there's nothing that Cheryl has forgotten to provide. The back yard is large and fully fenced. Our dog loved it! And Cheryl is a marvelous host who adds small thoughtful touches that make the stay special.
