Bella Vista is a beautiful A-Frame cottage that is private but only a 1/2 mile from downtown Burnsville. It offers 1 bath, a bedroom with TV and king size bed, a sleeping loft that has 2 twin beds. The cabin will sleep 4 people but is best for 2 people. Gas log fireplace, central heat and air, washer and dryer and a small kitchen with new appliances. Relax and unwind on the massive deck with the gas fire pit and a breathtaking view of the beautiful mountains! Conveniently located close to town.

Roaring Fork Chalet has paved roads that are all well-maintained. The mountain roads are curvy, and the subdivision is steep in parts. Pastures and fields are mostly cleared and all areas around the cottage are completely cleared with amazing long range views of fields and mountains.
