The location is at end of a farm track in quiet secluded hamlet - Burton Bandalls (on the B676, Loughborough Rd between Prestwold & Cotes). 5 min drive / 20 min walk to Prestwold Hall. 5 min drive to Loughborough Railway station. 10 min drive to Loughborough University. 10 min drive to Great Central Steam Railway. 25 mins to East Midlands airport, 30 mins to Leicester, 30 mins to Nottingham, 45 mins to NEC and 60 mins to Birmingham.

The studio consists of a large living space and full bathroom. There is no kitchen but there is a fridge and tableware in the main room. The studio is perfect for visiting Loughborough University, just 15 minutes walk to the main Uni entrance. Located in a small village with beautiful countryside views, this spacious, 150 year old character cottage is self-contained with a garden to the front and a courtyard to the rear. It has two bedrooms, a newly refurbished bathroom, beamed living room and spacious kitchen diner. The cottage is 7 miles north of Melton Mowbray on the Notts / Leics border. Originally converted from a barn in the 1850s, it has been recently refurbished to a high standard but still retains many original features.

The kitchenette has air fryer, microwave, kettle, fridge (no freezer) & toaster. Sky TV & free Wi-Fi. Fold down dining table with chairs, an easy chair, waredrobe, double bed and plenty of draw space for your clothes. The name JANA comes from the first 2 letters of my granddads name and last 2 letters of my grandmothers.

The Den self-contained annex.

The Den is a self- contained annex, which is very comfortable for 4 guests. It will provide everything you need for a short or long stay in Melton Mowbray. We provide tea, coffee, bread, milk etc. The property has a fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. An open living space leads to two bedrooms with king size beds, & a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking. Check in is from 3pm, & check out is by 10am.

This lovely open plan loft apartment is in Woodthorpe, a charming hamlet on the outskirts of Loughborough. A five minute drive to Loughborough or the University. The loft has views over Beacon Hill and can walk directly out into the countryside. It is situated on a country lane which not a through road so very quiet. The property has a small kitchenette with a microwave, two ring induction hob, frying pan and saucepan. A fridge, sink, kettle and plates, bowls and cutlery.

Downstairs sitting room with microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge (no freezer), without a kitchen sink and TV. Washing up service provided. This is all for your private use with your own front door, in effect a self contained unit.

Ivy Cottage is a former stable and is full of character. It has recently been fully refurbished but retains the charm of the countryside with ceiling beams and a beautiful brickwork wall. Thrussington is a beautiful village with a charming pub and a village store and tearoom. It’s popular with walkers and cyclists and the cottage is in a lovely quiet location.
