With outstanding views from the cosy interior we are sure you will have a wonderful break in this peaceful cottage. The cottage is detached, self contained & set away from the owners house with direct access to public footpaths.

The Bothy @ Brightling Park Estate

The Bothy is for those seeking to relax and unwind in an an upmarket and unusual glamping experience. It is off grid set in an old sandstone building amongst fields and woodland. It offers an open fire to ensure you are warm and cosy as well as the usual amenities - shower, hot water and kitchen equipment, all of which are run off solar and gas. Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

Situated in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on a sheep farm of 23 acres (which you are free to roam), this is a real get-away-from-it-all location. One of the most peaceful and relaxing places you will ever stay. With underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove you will be cosy whatever the weather.
