This apartment was just a couple short blocks from downtown with a dedicated parking space. It was simple, clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay including all kitchen essentials, washer and dryer in unit, and extra towels. The added bonus included TV’s in bedrooms and adjustable beds which go up and down.

Diane’s place is a lovely studio perfect for a long term stay. Well equipped with everything you need. Diane was very responsive and accommodating.

A lovely, quiet home in a peaceful, rural-agricultural neighborhood overflowing with historical Oroville vibes. Some other reviewers have commented their concern over the local homeless population and while we did see one such fellow, it wasn't an issue and didn't cause us to feel unsafe. The dogs loved the open space throughout the house and the fenced yard -- FYI, though: if you have a small dog that could squeeze through a 5"x5" square, the backyard fencing likely wouldn't meet your needs. The back porch with string lights is a nice space to spend the evening or in the morning with coffee. Love the early morning rooster sounds nearby that are only audible from outside the home! I also truly appreciated the abundance of cozy blankets for snuggling up with. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Excellent stay for the entire family! It was very clean, smelled nice everywhere, and had warm, festive decor. The rooms are well put together and have a beautiful artwork. The hosts and service were great and kind. It’s also very conveniently located near a few nice restaurants and shops. Definitely a great spot to check in!

Wonderful Airbnb! Very walkable to downtown the cutest little two bedroom one bath and had a great backyard with a fire pit and cornhole game. We would love to stay there again on our next trip to Chico. Thank you!

The Lassen House was a great spot to land for me and my family. Nice rancher floor plan with plenty of space for everyone to move about. The neighborhood was very quiet and the front yard is gorgeous. Kelsey was proactive in making sure that we had everything we needed and was always responsive to any questions. The house was in a great location in Chico in close proximity to all of the big ticket items. We would definitely stay again!

Had a wonderful stay at Leah’s place. The swimming pool is the best pool I’ve ever used. It is always so warm and relaxing. The grounds are extremely private and beautiful with so much incredible sights and sounds of nature. Unfortunately we had to leave abruptly due to unforeseen circumstances and Leah’s communication was extremely proactive and quick. We truly enjoyed her place and can’t wait to return.

Jay was a great host. He was quick to respond to any questions and was very accommodating. His place is beautiful. My personal favorites were the fabulous paintings throughout his home. The pool and hottub were also a huge plus!

Chris was very responsive with easy instructions and helpful tips for the house. It is located very close to Chico State across from the high school and an easy walk to downtown (maybe ~20 minutes). As others noted, the floor plan is a little funky but suited the four of us perfectly with good size rooms and 2 full bathrooms. We hope to return!

My family and I chose this place to stay for our brother’s graduation for 3 days and it exceeded our expectations to say the least! Ryan and Beths home is way bigger than what pictures show. It was dog friendly and they even had some doggy supplies to use as well. If you accidentally forgot something for your trip I’m 95% sure they’ll have it there for you! I was shocked to see how many little things as far as toiletries, groceries, etc. that was provided! My doggy loved the backyard and I definitely loved the pool! All Instructions are completely clear and In a guest binder you’ll find in the home. I definitely recommend this place whether you’re just visiting for 1 day or 10! You feel completely at home the moment you walk in, Thank you so much for being such great hosts and we hope to visit again!!!

Our stay was great. The house is spacious and comfortable. Nice open layout for the kitchen, dining, and living room. The backyard is small but has lovely flowers, a grass area, and is fully fenced. It was fine for our small dogs. Overall it was perfect for our visit to Chico.
