It has its own private entrance and garden (5 steps down) with an off-road parking space for a small car. The property is a 5 minute walk into Buxton's historic town and the iconic Crescent Hotel. Parking is available directly outside the property or there is plenty of free on street parking or a big car park 20m walk away (there is a residents pass for this car park). The renovated cottage has Netflix,Wi-Fi and a private outdoor area with BBQ to enjoy the fresh air.

The cottage is located in central Buxton, 10 mins walk from the cultural centre around The Opera House and Crescent Spa Hotel. It is convenient for Bus and Rail connections. There is a single VW Golf sized parking place (larger if you're careful) at the rear with metered EV charge point. We have designed the rebuilding to include a room-in-the-roof bedroom, whole house ventilation with heat recovery, underfloor heating throughout, powered by Mitsubishi Ecodan Air Source Heat Pump.

There is a small amount of off road parking in front of the property and plenty of easily accessible on road parking to the rear.

Brooklands Annex is situated in an Art's and Craft's Edwardian residence. The apartment is self contained and comes with private off road parking. Brooklands is situated 5 minutes walk from the Pavillion Gardens and a pleasant 10 minute walk from the town centre, along the Victorian Broadwalk. Buxton Spa Town offers a fantastic base for exploring the Peak District, with it's surrounding villages and attractions.
