Another great stay at the Carriage House especially with the recent top to bottom remodel. Definitely our favorite place to stay when visiting FoCo. Highly recommend.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Sara's place. The location can't be beat, as it is walking distance to Pearl Street in Boulder, with so many great restaurants and shops. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. Sara's unit is modern and meticulously well kept. She has also provided many amenities, so as guests, we weren't lacking for anything! Sara is thoughtful and very responsive. This is one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had, and we would stay here again with no hesitation!

Jeanne’s basement apartment is lovely, comfortable, and it had everything I needed (and more) in the kitchen and bathroom. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer. Since I was visiting family, I did not have time to use the nice living room. I really appreciated the artistic, creative touches. The bed was very comfortable, and there were pillows to chose from. It was a beautiful 15-20 min walk from my family’s home, and I really enjoyed the walk. Jeanne is warm and hospitable, and I felt at home. She was easily accesible by text for communication and questions, and responded quickly. The front entrance, which also leads to the apartment downstairs, has a code, and entrance is easy. Thank you, Jeanne! I most certainly will return.

This quaint home is cozy with everything we needed for the weekend. The central location makes for easy access to dining and grocery options with easy day trips to some of Colorado’s favorable mountain adventures. We appreciate the hospitality in this great home away from home. Thank You!

Excellent location: close to west side of CSU, right next to several off-campus student buildings, and several restaurants and other services are just a few minutes walk away. Neighbors are easy to hear through the walls and some cars are loud driving by, but this would be the case in any apartment in this area. Will plan to stay here again!

We always enjoy staying in Jennie's guest suite! It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and close to the activities we had planned. We'd love to stay again!

We loved this rental and hope to come back again! Beautifully decorated with big open spaces. Super clean. It is close to everything especially the many hiking trails and parks. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook while there. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows and extra blankets. Don't worry about the rental being in a basement. There was a lot of daylight coming in the many windows, and the rooms had plenty of recessed lights that made it bright and cheerful. We loved the many electric heating wall units that allowed us to selectively heat areas more or less, especially the one in the bathroom that was under the towel rack and acted as a towel heater! Once inside the easy to use front door keypad, sensor lights lit our way to the stairs which had a good railing to make it easy and safe for seniors like us. We appreciated having a washer and dryer since we were there for several weeks. Ashley was friendly and responsive.

Ryan and Lindy were wonderful responsive and informative hosts. Their guest suite was exactly as described, and honestly cuter in person. It was comfortable and private. I would stay here again!

Peter was very welcoming. He gave a quick, friendly tour and reviewed important information and answered all of my questions. The place was clean and very comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend!

Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und ist toll eingerichtet. In der kleinen Küche lassen sich mühelos feine Menus kochen und das Schlafzimmer ist bequem. Die Gastgeber Eilene und Brad sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Gerne gehe buche ich wieder dieses Apartment wenn ich das nächste Mal in Boulder bin.

Kyri was very responsive and very helpful. We had everything we needed. It’s very clean, tidy, and super close to everything. Short drive to the Rocky Mountains. We got to experience seeing huge elk in the front yard before leaving on a hike. The views are incredible. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Perfect place to stay while attending a wedding at the Farmette. Listing was exactly as described. Clean and cozy. Would definitely book again the future !

Joan is an incredibly warm and responsive host. She and her husband Sven could not have been nicer to me. I truly enjoyed my three-week stay in Boulder on a mini-sabbatical at the University of Colorado. Her home is situated in a lovely, quiet section of town. It's reasonably convenient to Boulder's famous downtown mall, to the University, and to stores like Trader Joe's (where I bought food to cook in the microwave or on the small stovetop) and sports shops like Epic Mountain Gear (outfitting for ski trips). There was ample on-street parking for my rental car. I especially appreciated the washer & dryer, which allowed me to do a few loads of laundry. A separate entrance allowed me to come and go with complete privacy.

This Airbnb was very clean from inside to outside. It was exactly what we were looking for.

I’ve been staying in Airbnbs for the past 18 months, and Kathryn’s place was the very best place I have stayed. Not only is it beautiful inside, but everything about the place is top notch. The furnishings and bedding are high quality. It doesn’t feel like a rental. Kathryn and Martin are delightful hosts. There is nothing they haven’t thought of to make you feel welcome and right at home. You will love this spot in Boulder.❤️

great mountain escape, equipped with hotel like amenities and cozy beds. nice perk to have gas station/market a few steps away, and Estes Park just 20 min down the road. peaceful, and cozy!

Our stay here was great! It was very clean & nice furniture. The view was gorgeous. Everything was great and just what we needed! You do have to pay for a wifi plan, but it's only $4.95 for 24 hours. Check in was very easy as well.

We loved staying here! Cozy, quiet, with beautiful nature views and distant mountain ridge! We watched deer in the morning and evening from the couch and were able to walk to Pearl or nearby restaurants with ease! It was perfect for my partner and I, we would definitely stay here again! The unit was well equipped, we had space to stretch and do yoga, while having a place to work remotely, and cook lovely meals.

The house was perfect! Everything was incredibly clean and the surroundings were beautiful. Communication with the owners was excellent - they were responsive and willing to help with anything we needed. Hot tub was such an amazing end to every day. We will be back!

Jennifer’s Airbnb is perfect in so many ways! The space is spotless and comfortable. It is below in the basement of her home but with your own entrance and many lights that make the entire place just wonderful! There are a lot of little touches including a fireplace you can just turn on and off. Kitchen is well stocked. This is my second visit and I will definitely be back!

Great little spot for a Basecamp to enjoy the outdoors activities nearby, and i didn't even get to use the hot tub or sauna - i will be sure to do so next time!
